Incremental or Exponetial? Innovation is Your Growth Solution.

Incremental change will not make it. You need exponential improvement to make it fly. Your food company and product must add value in multiples in the world if you desire any chance of long term success and profits. I've seen it time and time again, slightly better or marginally improved recipes and food products are hard to sell, lack strong enough profits and sputter as they fight in an already crowded food market. (indicators include "we need more $$$ for ads and marketing") Innovate, create and offer new solutions that are 10 times the value of anything on the market.
