Alton Brown of Good Eats, Food Network pictured here with Tim Forrest, winner of most creative dish using Bushs Baked Beans and will be featured in PLATE Magazine next month. Had a marvelous day at the event sponsored by PLATE Magazine and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. The Fried Chicken recipe used white beans puree as the breading.
