Food Websites Averaged Shopper Basket March 2010 - $59.67

The web beats traditional grocery stores in basket size! According to Nielsen Online, online consumers purchased on average $59.67 from food and beverage websites in March 2010. This figure is more than double the shopper basket size in brick and mortar grocery stores according to FMI. ($27.61)








If your numbers are dramatically different online, consider changes and incentives on the products, packages, bundles, and offers you provide to your consumers.
